- Holocaust - (1 History Teacher)
30 hours per teacher for the following areas:
- Sociology - (1 Teacher)
20 hours per teacher for the following areas:
- Grade 8 Social Studies - (1 Teacher)
Qualifications:
- Possessed NJ Teaching Certificate (Social Studies)
- Minimum of three years teaching experience
- Knowledge of the New NJSLS- Social Studies
- Evaluated as Proficient under the Kim Marshall Evaluation System
- A comprehensive knowledge of NJSLS, 21st Century Life and Career Standards
- Knowledge of the state mandates (e.g. Amistad, Holocaust, Climate Change, LGBTQ Gr. 6-12 and Students with Disabilities)
- Previous experience in Curriculum Writing Preferred
